Questions, answered

Do you remove and install the hose for me?

No. Onsite Hose builds the new assembly on site — you remove the failed hose and install the new one. This keeps you in control of your equipment and lock-out procedures.

What areas do you cover?

Edmonton, Acheson and the surrounding radius, including Spruce Grove, Stony Plain and the greater Edmonton region. If you are just outside, call and we will let you know.

What are your hours?

Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Call 780-413-0904 to confirm same-day availability.

Do you do metric fittings?

Yes — metric is our specialty. We are known across Alberta as The Metric Experts, and our vans carry the full metric and imperial range.

Is there a charge for travel?

Travel time may apply depending on distance. We confirm any travel charge with you when you call, before we dispatch.

What happens in bad weather?

For technician safety, mobile service may be paused during extreme cold or very low visibility. We will reschedule with you as soon as conditions allow.
