APPLICATION WARNING: The products on this website, in our catalogues and other marketing materials, are intended for use by knowledgeable persons having the technical skills necessary to evaluate their suitability for specific applications. Boschhydraulic.com and our marketing materials do contain information to assist the user to determine the product acceptability for specific applications, but Bosch Hydraulic Connections Ltd. cannot assume responsibility for performance results due to a wide range of external factors. Failure to follow actual manufacturer coupling procedures, product instructions, and product limitations could lead to premature failures resulting in property damage, serious injury, or death.
Order Acceptance
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after payment received, we will issue a credit by the charged payment method for the amount of the charge, which may include a reversal of any charge to your credit account with Bosch Hydraulic Connections Ltd.
Quantity Limits
The Company reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per customer or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same payment account and to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address, or same email address. We will provide notification to the customer email and/or billing address provided should such limits be applied.
Returned Product:
All returns must be pre-authorized by Bosch Hydraulic Connections Ltd. An RMA# will be issued prior to returning product. Standard products purchased within 90 days are returnable for credit or refund based on original payment method. Products must be in new and saleable condition and returned prepaid along with a copy of the original invoice. All returns are inspected for product classification, condition & quality. A Restock Fee of $15 or 15% (whichever is greater) will apply. Standard products purchased after 90 days and up to 6 months are handled on a case-to-case basis.
NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS:
Non-standard products such as: Special Orders, customized, made-to-order, cut-to-length, assembled hose, assembled fittings or components, non-stock, opened pack, obsolete, discontinued, final sale, damaged, used, or soiled product are all nonreturnable. All charges such as services, labour and freight are nonreturnable.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES:
Most products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship by the Manufacturers. The actual Manufacturer’s Warranty for each specific product applies. There are no guarantees for any specific length of time or measure of service due to many external factors that can adversely affect the durability of hose or any product. Bosch Hydraulic Connections Ltd. shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages whatsoever. Failure to follow actual manufacturer coupling procedures, product instructions, and product limitations could lead to premature failures resulting in property damage, serious injury, or death.
